Terms and conditions of booking places or events with AAIT.

Apparitions Anonymous Incorporated Team are a non profit making group *All ticket prices include,
Hire of venue,Refeshments,Insurance,Website,admin,booking accesseries and deposits for venues*.

The AAI Team are covered by 5 million pounds public liability insurance.

To book a place you need to pay a deposit these will be in a category in each location on the forum, please see each location for costs, deposits and final payments as these can vary from venue to venue

IMPORTANT please read before booking.

1. We reserve the right to control all of our bookings and monitor anyone or anything on all of our investigations.

2. The minimum age for participants is 16 years old. Some of the locations we visit may not be suitable for disabled attendees due to old buildings and grade listing of said buildings causing heritage restrictions. Please contact us on 07886531316 if you require more information.

3. IMPORTANT: if anyone arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or is suspected of bringing alcoholic drinks to the event, they will be not be allowed to stay and will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

4. There are now smoking restrictions at all locations.

5. We will not be liable for any loss or damage to equipment belonging to participants,You bring your own equipment at your own risk.

6. Although we cannot foresee any problems, accidents/incidents do happen, and all members of your team should preferably have their own third party public liability insurance as our insurers have indicated that our public liability policies may not cover your party during your visit to the location since it is outside our normal public access categories. You are staying at the location at your own risk; we accept no liability for any accident or injury to yourselves, however caused.

7. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you further indemnify the organisers/promoters from and against all legal liability in respect of any costs, claims, damages, demands, penalties, actions, proceedings, suits, losses or expenses in respect of or arising out of the injury to or the death of any person, or damage to any property arising from my participation in the activity.

8. All luggage, clothing, equipment, vehicles and effects belonging to you or your part are your own responsibility.

9. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed due to weather conditions or situations out of our control. When this occurs, will make every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund of payment. Unless we can reschedule the event or move the event to a suitable location.We will try are hardest to do this.

10.Please note that all services from ourselves are for entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees .
Our consultants are professional consultants;
No perceived predictions, opinions, information, advice or comments made by ourselves, contractors, psychics, mediums or clairvoyants should be interpreted as factual or actual. Paranormal investigation by its very nature is investigating an unknown and uncharted world. We accept no responsibility for any physical, psychological or long term illnesses attributed to this type of event. It is therefore advisable for anyone with a pre-existing medical condition to check with their doctor before attending. It us not recommended that the recently bereaved attend our events.

Our mediums will not give any private readings at events, we accept no responsibility for any private arrangements made away from our events. We are not affiliates of any church groups or organisations, religious orders and any promotion of such is strictly forbidden at our events. Anyone found to be breaching this requirement will be asked to leave.

You, the Customer, are responsible for making your own decisions and it is understood that when ourselves, contractors, psychics, mediums and clairvoyants suggest something to you, it is an opinion of the consultant, and should NOT be interpreted as the only course of action.

11. Throughout the event you and your party will act in a sensible manner and will not cause harm or injury to anyone else, any animal, effect of property etc.

12. All bookings made through ourselves means your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

13.These conditions and any contract into which they are incorporated shall be subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.

14. We promise to have a good time and help you on your way to ghost watching in the real.

15.We rquire a deposit on all bookings this will differ from venue to venue.Please note that deposits cannot be refunded as they are paid out on the booking of a venue.

We will try to offer a refund, if another person takes the place of someone who cannot make it on an investigation but this will only happen if we have a reserve list and the places are full.

If for any reason we ourselves have to cancel a booking we will of course offer a full refund unless stated and we have managed to move a location or the date of an investigation.
